Three of the four largest U.S. airlines are offering bonus miles for purchases made at their online shopping portals in the run-up to Thanksgiving.
But don’t expect the U.S. to make the top five.
The prize includes a hotel, a $1,000 airline credit, tours, a Thai cooking class, and $500 worth of activewear.
