Nightclubs

There are several nightclub spots in Budva, such as Nightclub Nik and Trocadero. Trocadero is the heart of Budva’s nightlife. Every night, there is a former Yugoslavian music star performing. Visitors can drink and dance the night away, but tourists may want to be aware that there are mixed opinions of the club. Some visitors have reported rude service on the part of employees, and there have been complaints that the audience skews younger. Notably, there are two Trocadero locations. The first is an open air disco that is open until 1 a.m. The second is located in Slovanska Plaza and stays open until 5 a.m.

Bars

Visitors looking to enjoy a drink without the crowds of a nightclub might be tempted by the Prince English Pub. Montenegro can become quite hot during the warmer seasons, and the pub provides refreshing drinks and a welcoming environment. You can follow signs to the pub, which is actually located down a side street. Once there, you’ll enjoy a pleasant pub with good service. DJ bar is located in the Old Town section of Budva and delivers a wide range of music, including jazz, soul, punk, reggae, and more. During the season, there are plenty of domestic and foreign DJs, musicians, and concept artists who perform there.

Benidorm

Budva offers an alternative to the traditional in-door club or bar experience. At night, the strip of low-level buildings on the former isthmus start to pulsate with eastern Eurodance music. There are a number of free disco tents along this strip that are packed with diverse dancing crowds. There are many of these free discos to choose from, although most of them close at about 2 a.m. Those looking to stay out later will have to visit one of the two or three commercial nightclubs in the area.
