Note that this is a sweepstakes, not a contest. So the grand-prize winners will be chosen randomly, not according to the quality of their resolutions.
The Fine Print
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
