Stay Clear of Red Light Districts

Cars tend to switch lanes very quickly, and you could easily find yourself involved in a traffic accident. If you like driving at slow or normal speeds, you will do well to stay off the grid lanes.
Avoid Nightclubs and O’Connell Street at Night
After the club closes at night, the streets become dangerous. Unless you are accompanied by a few friends during the busy times of the day or night, stay away from nightclubs. People are using hanging outside the clubs between the hours of 2 a.m. and 4 a.m., drunk, and unpredictable. Avoid getting into an altercation or injured, by steering clear of any fast food stores, on O’Connell Street.

For Limerick, the problem took root in the 70’s due to bad planning, and have been problematic since.
