This year, for the first time ever, SmarterTravel.com is giving Readers’ Choice Awards to spotlight the domestic and international carriers that have delivered passengers the best value and most enjoyable travel experiences. We’re handing out awards for the best customer service, the best prices, the best [[Frequent Flyer Programs | frequent flyer programs]], and more. Demerits will also be given to airlines that haven’t done such a good job of taking care of their passengers this past year. Plus, we’ll recognize the best and worst U.S. airport.
Cast your ballot for your favorite in each of 16 categories through our online voting process. Voting should take you no more than five minutes, and is completely anonymous.
