Our scoring system takes into consideration comfort, service, innovation and aesthetics based upon genuine first hand experience of the airlines by the 10 judges, keeping in mind the latest developments at the airlines. We only rate what we know, and pride ourselves on having a full independent rating system that is not swayed by sponsors or advertisers. Our judges also rate anonymously and the information is only collated once the votes are in, making sure there is no bias.
