He explains why fireflies behave the way that they do, he can identify the types of fireflies and he can even explain why they flicker at night. When the weather is right, the entire sky is lit up. Don’t expect to take any photos, however, as they are strictly prohibited because the flash could scare off or even kill the fireflies.

The Keropok Lekor Factory

Keropok is a common dish in Kuantan. It is a type of cracker that is made of fish and it is made hard and soft. This food can be fried, steamed, or eaten with your favorite flavor of chili sauce. Sultan Abu Bakar Museum

This museum is very interesting and educational. There are many artifacts displayed in the museum that belonged to the Sultan of Pahang. There are old photos of the Sultan, photos of his parents, and photos of his wedding and his family. There are also artifacts of the tribal people in Pahang called the Orang Asli.
