Smarter Travel Pick of the Day: Prong PWR Case

What Is It: Prong's PWR case, which protects your phone and charges it.

Why It's Smart:

• Has a foldout plug so you can insert it directly into an outlet—no more worrying that you forgot/lost the charging cable

• Works with many models of the iPhone

• Fairly lightweight for a battery (4 oz)

• Has an on/off switch, so you can choose when your phone is charging while in the case

• LED charge indicator shows you the power level

• Includes a backup micro USB so that you can charge/synch via other power sources if needed
