Most people focus on San Juan’s club scene, but there are also great bars and restaurants to enjoy at night. Two recommended places are Barlovento and Hacienda Don Jose, which are both located within easy walking distance from the Condado Plaza. The Barlovento is a nice outdoors cafe with a good wine selection to enjoy at night. As for Hacienda, you can enjoy a great nighttime view of the sea by grabbing a table at the back of the restaurant.
