Princess expands capacity in Alaska's Inside Passage

For a chilly state, Alaska is hot with cruisers.

Princess

must be counting on the 49th state remaining popular because the line has announced plans to add a ship to the Inside Passage route.

In 2007, the

Golden Princess

will cruise Alaskan waters for the first time. She'll join the

Sun Princess

in sailing Inside Passage itineraries from Seattle. The

Dawn Princess

will sail longer voyages from San Francisco. In total, the three ships will offer 53 Inside Passage departures.

Early booking fares start at $749 per person based on double occupancy. You can purchase your 2007 Alaska cruise vacation beginning on May 20 of this year.
