JetBlue has been growing fast at Boston’s Logan International Airport, and today the airline announced more expansion. This summer, the airline will operate 75 departures per day from Boston. According to JetBlue’s press release, that’s a 30 percent increase in daily departures.
New service includes additional flights to Chicago; Charlotte; Fort Lauderdale; San Jose, California; Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Aruba; and San Juan, Puerto Rico, among other destinations.
Beyond summer, the airline also announced new service to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport in Florida starting on November 18. Introductory fares on the route will start at $69 each way.
Will you benefit from the airline’s expansion? Or are you waiting for JetBlue to expand service at your home airport?
