People to Ipoh for these things, but they are often surprised by the bustling Ipoh nightlife that pops up once the sun goes down.

  • Bars, Clubs, and Lights



  • Along the Kinta Riverfront Hotel is a riverside walkway that lights up in an impressive display of multicolored, illuminated trees each evening. For those interested in taking nighttime photographs, this is a frequent choice. The walkway also leads to a number of bars, clubs, stores, and restaurants with live music, so it's possible to explore the area in between drinks and dancing.

    Note: Visitors who prefer not to walk are able to rent a bike on this walkway.

  • Night Market



  • Located at JalanDatoTahwl, a night market opens up every evening along the stretch of road, where visitors can find plenty to do. This is a unique shopping location. The dress is casual, and tourists wander the stands of night hawkers selling food and general items.

  • Sports Bar



  • There's no reason to lose track of sports and sports bar fun just because you're on vacation, at least not in Ipoh. Collinas is a popular nighttime destination to watch live matches and have drinks with friends. Located at TamanIpoh East, the dress code is casual, and the atmosphere is laid back.
