Are you dreading the busy travel days around Thanksgiving? Help us help you by sharing your nightmare Thanksgiving travel stories. We want to hear about the delays, the hassles, the traffic, the poor customer service. Come December, we’ll publish the most common complaints, and offer tips on how to avoid them for travel around Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Did you get bumped and miss the Thanksgiving feast? Or, did you arrive home in Nebraska, but your bags went to Mexico? Was your homemade pumpkin pie confiscated at security because of the TSA rule on no liquids or gels? These types of stories are what we’re looking for. Send us your horror stories of 250 words or less by Friday, December 7. On December 20, we’ll publish the most terrifying travel tales, so other vacationers can learn from your mishaps. Make sure to tell us your true stories—while holiday fantasy tales certainly have their place, this isn’t it.
Thanks so much. We look forward to commiserating with you, and making this busy travel period a little easier for everyone.
