Free Nights, Free Dining, Free Cars, and Free Checked Bags

The idea of getting something for nothing is an invigorating thought, especially when everything seems to have strings attached. Just mention the word, and, like moths to an open flame, we're inclined to rush in, hopefully without getting burned.

So it wasn't surprising that Southwest Vacations' Free for All promotion conjured the same apprehension and excitement in me, because I was instantly drawn in by my favorite "F" word.
