Why Visit Paris
A visit to Paris yields more options than any one trip can hold. In between viewing the city's artistic masterpieces and architectural wonders, make time to linger at a cafe, enjoy a long lunch, or sit in one of Paris’ magnificent parks and watch the City of Light shine around you.
When to Visit Paris
If you can avoid visiting Paris in June, July, and August, you’ll find a more relaxed, less expensive, and certainly more authentic version of the city. For the best weather, visit Paris in late spring or early to mid-fall. For the best prices, brave the cooler winter months.
Summer in Paris tends to be hot and moderately humid. Visit Paris in the spring and there’s no telling what you’ll get—warm weather is a possibility, but so are chilly days. In early fall, Paris travel is likely to yield warm, comfortable weather. Bundle up for the winter months.
