When you visit the Czech Republic there are a multitude of places that you can explore within the area. Brno is definitely a must see—here are a few local nightlife options you can enjoy during your stay.
Entertainment At The Theatre
It is common to see a good mix of locals and travelers at the theaters within the area at night. Shows such as music and theatrical plays are great to experience at least once. If you are traveling by yourself, you will find the Mestne Divaldo (local theater) to be quite casual and relaxing. If you are traveling with your significant other, consider this a great date option during the trip.
The dress code is essentially formal wear, however, tourists are typically given a little bit of leniency. Guys, be prepared to have a nice pair of pants/jeans (preferably a neutral color of black or blue), a button up shirt, and you will be fine. Ladies, evening dresses are acceptable.
Clubs & Bars
There are a variety of clubs and bars along the main streets that you can choose to party at with your discretion. While most of the music is local, feel free to ask locals on what they consider the best club/bar is in the city.
If you do not understand the native language, don’t worry, locals are definitely considerate when it comes to helping tourists. One good thing that may help you out is being able to know what a few words are just in case.
Casual Night Walks
Nightlife in Brno does not have to always be about clubbing, bars, and partying. If you find yourself wanting to spend time away from your living accommodation, the simplest option is to walk around. During the nighttime you will notice how the buildings typically have backlights accentuating their details.
The architecture is one of a kind and provides a different perspective to details that you may not see during the morning/afternoon time and makes for great photos.
