The major attractions in Warsaw are spread out all over the city, so you’ll be doing a lot of walking during your visit. Be sure to bring comfortable shoes to keep your feet happy.

Spring

In the spring, Poland’s weather can be very unpredictable – absolutely freezing one day and beautifully warm the next. If you go in the spring you should definitely pack for all possible weather – rain, snow and cold winds, along with sunshine and heat.

Polish summer usually starts in mid-May and ends mid-September. It’s usually very hot,

You should definitely bring summer clothes, a sun hat, sandals, T-shirts, etc. Remember that July tends to be rainy in Poland, so bring an umbrella, or buy one when you get there.

Autumn

Polish autumn goes from mid-September until the end of November. It tends to be cold, but sometimes there are hot days. It also tends to be rainy, but that’s not a steadfast rule.

Remember to bring some warm clothes with you, but be prepared for colder days too.

Winter

Winters in Poland are quite cold, so if you’re coming to this beautiful country between December and February you should bring warm winter clothes. The temperature may drop to -30 C.
