Booking a hotel based on a handful of guest reviews and star ratings can be a gamble. The pressure to snag a great spot before rooms fill up leaves minimal time to make sure you’re getting the best deal.

Luckily, market research firm JD Power scoured over 39,000 guest reviews across 102 brands to rank the 2025 top hotel brands for guest satisfaction. Rankings are based on check-in and check-out times, connectivity, facilities, food and drinks, guest rooms, staff service, and overall value and broken out across nine hotel class categories.

If you’re looking for a smooth stay, consider checking out these brands.
