President Johnson had a deep attachment to his ranch and Texas heritage, he owned over 1500 acres here. The LBJ Ranch was where he was born, lived, died, and was buried. After the President’s death in 1973, Lady Bird Johnson continued to live at the Ranch part time until her death in 2007. The ranch opened to the public in 2008, and tours of the ranch grounds and buildings are available.

Beyond the Ranch, the Wildseed Farm is known for its beautiful wildflowers, but it has other attractions, too. The gift shop is packed with wonderful things, especially for the Christmas season. You can select all sorts of gifts for holidays, birthdays, special occasions, and more to pass onto friends from this bountiful shop.
