Getting Around in Alicante

The Alicante Tram is easily accessed from most hotels, and comes highly rated by travelers. Fast, clean, and efficient, the Alicante Tram will get you most anywhere in the City, and also can take you to some great surrounding travel destinations such as Benidorm, providing breathtaking views along the way.

Castle of Santa Barbara

Looming high above the Harbor and Old-Town cobblestone streets, the Castle of Santa Barbara is a sight to behold. Taking the scenic route to the Castle through the streets of Alicante will prove a bit challenging, but travelers will be rewarded at the end with magnificent views of the City, and surrounding scenery.

Explanada De Espana

For a much more leisurely walking experience, head to the Explanada De Espana, to get a true feel for Alicante and it’s culture. Here you will walk along a scenic beach, lined with shops, vendors, and elegant cafes, providing a relaxing, refreshing escape for the weary traveler.
