2012 Fall Foliage Forecast

Foliage fanatics, get excited. Exceptionally vivid colors are expected to flourish in regions of North America this autumn (especially in the Northeast), thanks, in part, to the summer’s dry and hot weather conditions. And some destinations, such as northern Maine, are already in the thick of prime leaf-viewing season. Many destinations have recently released their official reports, detailing when and where to see multicolored foliage at its peak.
