If you guessed the Seattle Public Library, you're right!

The 11-story glass and steel diamond-shaped exterior of the Seattle Public Library uses modern-day architecture to house the world's greatest literature. Designed by Rem Koolhaas, the library opened in 2004 as part of Seattle's "Libraries for All" bond measure. You may need to be a resident to check out books, but anyone is welcome to marvel at the building's design.
