With warm and sunny weather year-round, San Juan can be a perfect getaway. The most popular time to visit is winter, when many people escape the dreary, cold days up north.
The least popular time to go is during the summer and fall, when hurricane season is in effect and the weather in the North gets hot. However, hotel prices drop and visitors thin out, making for a more affordable and quiet vacation.
