Chicago O'Hare, plagued by heavy volume, delays, and bad weather, is an airport many travelers go out of their way to avoid if possible. The airport regularly sits at or near the bottom of on-time flight arrival and departure rankings, usually keeping close company with our Dishonorable Mention finisher, New York, John F. Kennedy International, and the other New York area airports.

Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson International, has managed an amazing feat in our awards, winning prizes in both the favorite and least favorite airport categories. The airport typically performs poorly in on-time departure and arrival ratings, although not as badly as either O'Hare or JFK.
