By an overwhelming margin (more than 55 percent of all votes), the award for Favorite Free Airline Amenity is shared by Southwest and JetBlue, which both offer free checked bags (two per passenger on Southwest, one on JetBlue). Entertainment and food also got high marks, with JetBlue's DirecTV coming in second and Hawaiian's meals third.
