Kate is a graduate of Emerson College, where she received a degree in writing, literature, and publishing, and wrote her thesis on roadside attractions. Along with extensive travel throughout the U.S. and Canada, she has also explored many places in Western Europe, including Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Scotland, England, and the Netherlands. Her travel bucket list ranges from the zany to the traditional, but since she has never met a meal she didn't like, she hopes to one day eat her way around the world.
