Associate Editor Dara Continenza joined SmarterTravel in 2011. Forever battling the effects of wanderlust, she has traveled all over, usually in search of something to eat or drink.

Whether it's a stinky ancient cheese in Iceland, tatties and neeps in Scotland, or a perfectly poured Guinness at that place she now forgets, Dara's nose has led her to some of the world's more interesting places. When she finds herself with two feet firmly planted on Boston soil, she is usually writing, reading, or doing yoga.

Dara graduated from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in publishing.
