Throughout the year, we've asked you to share your photos highlighting many different themes, including everything from tourist attractions to the great outdoors, but now we want to see your all-time favorite travel photos of the year. Please submit up to six photos (three more than before) of your travels to far-off or nearby lands. And be sure to include lots of great details about your pictures in the caption field.

We'll pick our favorite photo to feature as the cover of a special winners' gallery and award the photographer a Nikon Coolpix L110 12.1 MP Digital Camera in red, which includes an 8GB flash memory drive and an accessory starter kit (a full-size tripod, carrying case, five-piece cleaning kit, flexible tabletop tripod, universal LCD monitor screen protectors, memory card storage wallet, and micro fiber cleaning cloth). One grand prize will be awarded.

Nine honorable mentions will also be featured in the winners' gallery and each photographer will receive a SmarterTravel TSA-compliant travel kit—complete with four bottles (including one spray bottle) and a funnel for transferring liquids. One kit per person.

The deadline for all entries is 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, so start uploading your best travel photos now. We will announce the winner on Sunday, January 9. You must be 18 years or older to enter. Submit up to six photos by clicking the "Add your Photo" button below.
