Starwood guarantees the lowest prices from all of its brands when you book through the Starwood website. If you find a lower price on another website for the same hotel on the same dates prior to or within 24 hours of making your reservation, Starwood will honor the lower rate and give you an additional 10 percent off. Fill out a claim form within 24 hours of making your reservation and at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time.
