Homewood Suites guarantees the best rates when you book on its website. If you do find a better rate on another website within 24 hours of making a reservation, Homewood Suites will match the lower rate and give you a $50 American Express Gift Cheque or, for locations outside the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, will adjust your bill by $50 or the equivalent local currency.

Submit a claim form within 24 hours of making your reservation and at least 72 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel.
