It was very nice to have all the special little touches like the Neutragena products and the coffee pot in the room. The whirlpool tub was very relaxing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did hear the guests above us every morning quite loudly- like kids jumping- it was hard to fall back asleep hearing it constantly. We had a bad remote for the television but they were quick to rectify the problem and we had a very nice 2 day stay at the hotel. Even with the snowy weather and the hectic Christmas season, the staff did their jobs so well and made us feel like guests in their home.
I've stahed at different HGIs and have found them to uniform in standards of service and cleanliess. I like their full brunch buffet. Great food at a reasonable price.
Nice hotel with wonderful bed linens. The receptionist was kind. It was a late night arrival; the only food available was from an all night pizza delivery joint.
