The front desk staff are exceptional. The air system wasn't working properly in our first room and they did not hesitate to accomodate us. There were also problems with the two guest computers and the woman at the front desk did everything in her power to try and get them fixed at 10:30PM. The breakfast they supply is quite good, usually two hot dishes and then other things such as fruit, yogurt and breads & pastries. Unfortunately, I found the beds to be very uncomfortable and not really suited to a good nights sleep.
Beds comfortable; needs better soundproofing, could hear TV thru wall; Not much foodwise near by; a little tricky to get into hotel parking lot. Very easy to get to airport (ISP) maybe 15 min drive
