  • Times Square location very convenient, but noisy. Hard to find entrance from 42nd Street. Very pleasant space.
  • Was at a convention and the hotel was great . Room assignments were not completed timely due to large number of registrations at one time. Personnel were unable to explain room assignmeets adequately at registration. Otherwisee, the stay was very g ood and service was very good.

  • EVERYTHING WAS AS EXPECTED. EVEN THOUGH OUR ARRIVAL TIME WAS LATE, ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED THAT THE HOTEL BAR HAD CLOSED BEFORE MIDNIGHT.
  • The hotel is in a great location. It is near subways, taxis and it isn't too far to walk to a lot of things. Great bed. Great staff. The hotel lobby is on the 21st (or so) floor, so it is quiet. There aren't a lot of people hanging out there that are not staying at the hotel.
  • Very high price for value recieved. Disappointing.
  • I liked the central location. I was in town on business and most of my clients are within 4 or 5 blocks from the hotel.
  • Location was great, stay was confortable
  • I recommend booking early and calling ahead to confirm your reservation. Also, if you need early check-in or late check-out, be sure to call the hotel.

  • I disliked the misplacement of my group into the wrong rooms. Otherwise, the quality of the hotel was on par with expectations, and their service in regards to the room mix-up was complimentary and punctual.
