Shower would not work. Bathroom was in need of updating and repair
Close to airport, nice hotel for the price, our only complaint was they offered a shuttle but no long term parking.
everything was as expected except someone must have stolen the tv remote and it took me several tries before i got one that worked, and only after i went to the front desk and picked it up. desk lamp not working in my guest room.
The biggest snd most memorable complaint that I have is that there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. This was not only in my room but in all the rooms and was the complaint that I heard from several other people also that stayed here. One other complaint was that the buffet was WAY over priced for not having more than 4 foods that were not that good to begin with. For 9.99 you would expect more than eggs, bacon and bread. It did not even include coffee and the food was subpar at best. The positives would be the airport shuttle driver. He was more than happy to help us out with all of our needs.
Shortage of bath towels, only 2 in a room with 2 double beds with reservations for 3 people. None available! Did not receive wakeup call!
Sleep number bed was not as good and smaller than expected. Check-in staff was unorganized. Our room keys would not work so I had to go back to the front desk for new ones. There were three of us staying and we had trouble getting a third set of towels. At first we were told that there were no more towels available, then were given some from an unoccupied room. We were told that the free continental breakfast was only for airline staff, not for us. The total price was slightly more than the original price at online booking. The free shuttle service to the airport was good and the driver was friendly. I will probably not stay at Radisson again.
We stay with Radisson because I need a Select Comfort bed to be comfortable. Indianapolis used to have 3 hotels, now there is only the one by the old airport. It does not offer the Sunday brunch that the northside location did. They couldn't even tell us where we could get a brunch on Sunday! The maids did not service our room 2 of the 3 days we were there.
