  • good location, spacious rooms, nice pool terrible restaurant and bar: crowded, dark, very long wait for service, limited menu long lines for checking in/out of room, understaffed

  • Very long wait to both check in and check out. Poor lighting in rooms. Bathroom in state of disrepair (cracked porcelain, missing grout, etc). Small, cramped (2 people max), scary elevator. Poor signage. Food quality at breakfast buffet poor. Would not eat again. Nice spacious rooms. Comfortable furniture. Good kitchenette. Convenient location.
  • good comfortabl beds.Decent internet connection. It was close to the casinos that I wanted to visit. Lobby had a good selection of informative brochures of the area.
  • The Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendlyand the maid service was great.
  • It was a very clean nice hotel at a very reasonable price.
  • The only problem I had was that I arrived in the middle of the afternoon and they refused to put me into a room, saying that they were all being cleaned. But it was obvious that there WERE rooms available and they just didn't want to be bothered until their stated check-in time. And even then I had to wait while they tried to figure out what rooms were ready.
  • THE ROOMS WAS NICE AND CLEAN FREINDLY STAFF WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE
  • Too much smoke in the lobby. Generally in poor condition. Not a typical Best Western.
  • It had a free shuttle which was very nice to have.
