  • it was what i expected for the price
  • We stayed in a smoking room and there was no lingering smoky smell that's usually found in smoking rooms.
  • Newly remodeled rooms and great location.
  • Room was tired, dirty. Would not let my child walk barefoot.

  • the room was freezing and I turned the air off and the heat on and the smoke detector kept going off.Then later after check out I'm going through my bank statement and theres a $2.50 fee for a resort charge that I didnt know about previosly.

  • This hotel is in a good location if you're visiting Universal. We asked for a non-smoking room, and we did get one, but the bathroom vent connected to a smoking room so our room stank of cigarettes unless we kept the bathroom door closed. There were three local restaurants that kept shoving single sheet menus through the crack of the door at all hours of the night and that was annoying. When I was checking out, they tried to hit me with a 13 dollar 'resort fee' that turned out to be a daily charge for 'housekeeping.' I told them I had not permitted housekeeping in the room during my stay and they removed the charge. Over all, it is a good value for the money. If you plan on staying in your room a lot, spend the extra money and stay somewhere more comfortable.
