  • Our room was flooded at 4:00am on our last night. The flooding acutally occured in the next room & staff did not warn us of potential flooding. Luggage was packed/ready to go included personal belonging & purchases. Because we were leaving first thing in the morning, we had to travel with soaked luggage. Suitcase & contents were ruined, digital camera ruined... Because of all the racket of cleaning up the next door room during the night, we were unable to sleep. Extremely disappointed by response of hotel staff. They did not even offer a complimentary night's stay after all we went thru. Also, we had $400 Disney dollars that we were going to use as a partial payment for the hotel stay. But because of the flooding we did not have time to check out properly so we ended up with a lot more out of pocket expenses then planned for in addition to replacing all damaged luggage, belongings & Disney purchases. Ruined our vacation & memories of our anniversary and son's birthday celebration.
  • Closer to parks than All-Star or Pop. Multiple bus stops at this resort. Nice grounds. In room refrigerators. All were things we liked. this resort is very large as Disney restorts go. Somewhat of a negative.
  • I really enjoyed my stay - my primary dislikes were (1) the scheduling of the transportation system - they need to be more proactive to the park schedule changes such as special hours and (2) I always felt they had their hand in my pocked trying to get the last penny

  • Our room was flooded on the last night of our stay - by water coming in from outside even though we were on the 2nd story. All of our luggage was damaged because it was packed & ready by the door. Personal belongings, gifts and memories that could not be replaced were destroyed. For example the our digital camera and all of our pictures were wrecked & could not be salvaged. Clothes, purchases, gifts & othe momemories were destroyed.
  • The hotel pleasantly surprised me with the decor, was I was not expecting to like it as much as I did when I arrived. The meeting rooms were absolutely frigid, and the on site sit down restaurant was not up to par, but everything else at this particular resort met my expectations of a typical Disney moderate hotel.
