  • HAD PROBLEMS WEREN'T RESOLVED BY HOTEL PERSONNEL, HAD TO DEAL WITH THE CREDIT CARD CO. DIDN'T GET IT RESOLVED. WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO RESOLVE IT BY OURSELVES, PROBLEM WAS WITH WHO THE ROOM WAS CHARGE TO. IT WAS AN AWFUL MESS AND WE HAD TO ATTEND A FUNERAL. AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE FRONT DESK. NO MORE TO BE SAID. NOT HAPPY AS THE HOTEL WOULD NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM, NOR THE CREDIT CARD CO.
  • Easy on/off freeway
  • Very friendly and helpful staff. If anything is wrong it is quickly fixed.
  • It was great for me. My grandaughter lives about 3 miles from there and she could get me every day.
  • Everything was fine during my stay. Everyone was friendly and accomodating.
  • I was pleased with the hotel accomodation's, food and cleanliness. I was disappointed in the inaccuracy of our reservations. We reserved the New Year's Eve Package, but did not receive the promotional items that were included with that package.
