  • Great hotel. Loved the open middle area. Loved the second floord gathering area - was perfect for the conference. Great service and kind people. Whole hotel was too cold!
  • Located next door to the convention center, it is quite convenient, and the staff is so accommodating, driving us to nearby restaurants on request. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
  • This particular hotel serves as the home for Anime Weekend Atlanta; the service has been so-so, but they do set things right. The best thing is the hotel's location; very close to many different stores and restaurants in the local area. As for the hotel itself, its best aspect is its spaciousness; plenty of room to go around. One minor caution: on Sunday's, the hotel is host to a large church brunch that is quite crowded, so I would suggest other options for breakfast.

  • Stay was as expected. One false fire alarm was annoying.
  • My husband and I decided to take a weekend getaway. The Waverly is about 45 minutes from our home. This was our second stay. Mainly chose the Waverly for the Sunday brunch. We really splurged all the way. Used the valet for parking and using the bellhop for luggage delivery. The room was nice and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. The Sunday Brunch is to die for. You can have anything you want - from oysters on the half shell to custom made omelets. Very very good! We will be going back.
  • we had requested adjoining rooms months in advance, when we arrived, we were told it was a 'first come, first serve basis' and our request could not be fulfilled
  • Very nice, clean rooms. My room had a problem with the air conditioning when we first arrived, but it was quickly taken care of by staff. Outside noise was minimal, and usually only by other guests outside our door.
  • Dislike - the food was good, but way too expensive. Like -- the staff were great, the food was good, the facilities very nice.
  • Nice hotel, but the room leaked when it rained. The elevators were broken. Had to wait a long time for one. The air conditioning in the event rooms was too warm. AWA convention staff were very rude.
