  • Great location....easy to access the riverwak and shopping areas. Very clean/nice. The help desk was awesome...they provided us with maps of the city and coupons for discounted rates.

  • The Westin on the Riverwalk in San Antonio is a wonderful hotel. The restaurant is great and we especially enjoyed eating breakfast outside by the river. The beds are fabulous, cushy, and outrageously comfortable. The whole hotel, and everyone who worked there, could only be described as 'top notch.' Very impressive.

  • The room was nice, but poorly maintained. The sink and bathtub had bad grout and the bathtub ceiling was poorly maintained. Door overlooking the Riverwalk did not close properly and would blow open with the wind. As a result, the room was furnished to look high end, it was not maintained properly. Also was not treated as a Gold Starwood member and was placed on a low floor.
  • The hotel was wonderful; centrally located in downtown San Antonio, right on the Riverwalk, most attractions are within a short walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful.
  • Staff was very courteous and helpful and the beds were like sleeping in a cloud. Valet parking is expensive; however, easy and rapid.
