We had a problem with the phone system and the staff didn't know how to deal with it. At the same time, my niece was asking for us at the front desk and even though we had checked in, the person at the desk told my niece we had not arrived. The support staff allowed us to use their cell phone to call my niece and everything turned out OK, but the phone situation was not what I would have expected from a HIE. Also, the business center was inside the gift shop and was closed most of the time. That is not good. As a matter of fact, it's the dumbest place a hotel could put a business center. As I am a night owl and my wife and son are not, I rely on the business center to help me pass time. Every other business center I have seen is separate from the gift shop and is all ways accessible. When we have business there again, we will likely choose another place due to these facts.

It was easy to get to, quiet, the lobby atmosphere was welcoming, loved the cookies and milk in the evening. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.
