  • I WAS VERY NICE AND THE FAMILY WILL BE RETURNING SOON
  • Really beautiful lobby area, keeps with the tropcal name. I would recommend this hotel for families with children. Beaytiful pool area.
  • The beauty of the landscaping is the first thing that you see upon arrival - then, when you enter the lobby, you are truly transported to Bali. This hotel is beautiful. Their regular restaurant is wonderful, but the added pleasure of having Emeril's Tchoup Chop located in the hotel is icing on the cake. Of course, the location can't be beat. You can take a leisurely walk upon the path to Universal's City Walk, or enjoy a water taxi ride as well.
  • love it; almost always perfect time when we stay there; treat everyone like they are important!
  • did not receive any of the Lowe's gold card benefits as promised. Hotel not ready upon checkin even though we arrived 2 hours later than check in time.
  • had a small problem at check-in staff went more then 9 yards to fix it. Great place
  • This hotel has very comfortable beds. The room was very quiet at night, no other guests were heard and no outside traffic or noise was heard. It is within walking distance to all the Universal Studios attractions, the theme parks and the City Walk. I thought that breakfast should have been included since the price of the room was so high.
  • The location is great as it is within walking distance and has transportation to theme parks and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and included some surprising things such as an iHome clock radio which allowed us to plug in our ipods and listen to or wake to them. The furniture is very comfortable as are the seating areas and surrounding property. The hotel staff is very nice. The pool is great and was heated. The hotel is very pretty and well kept as are the surrounding grounds.
  • We love the Lowes hotels in Universal Studios. We have stayed at all of them and will return. We have 30 grandchildren and this is the best place to stay!!!
  • Nice hotel, close to Universal's City Walk. Beds were comfy. Breakfast should have been included since the cost was so much!
  • A great hotel with a beautiful environment and rooms. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms and hotel are always clean and well maintained. A huge advantage to staying at Universal's onsite hotels is the ability to use room keys as a fast pass to bypass the regular lines in the theme park's attractions. It makes the vacation much more enjoyable and you rarely have to wait in a line for more than 5-10 minutes. Overall, it is a great hotel and highly recommended.
  • problems with correct names for rooms, we stayed in two rooms, everything kept becoming mixed up. Asked for a larger room and the price was quoted wrong ended up paying $500 for a larger room for one night and it was really not a luxury room. will not stay at the hotel again. ot as accomadiating as a disney hotel.
  • We had serious leak in our bathroom flodding the carpet. When we notitified the staff they waited hours for someone to come fix it, while we were out but our dogs were in the room. When we returned we were moved to another room. No apologies or anything for the inconvenience or mess.
  • Ability to get front of the line at US and IOA
  • All was good except for being billed for mini-bar items we never used (it turns out it was from the previous guest).
  • Very convenient to the parks. Loved the soaps and shampoos and such in the baths. Very enjoyable. The only down side was that everything was too spread out. Our room was comparitively close to the boat launch but because the shops and restaurant etc were between the launch and our room, we had to walk a long way. That's not fun after a full day in the park.
  • Very nice hotel, however they always seem to forget the gift for Loewsfirst Members (3times/3 different stays)
  • The parking was rediculously expensive.
  • The biggest benefit for staying at the hotels in Universal Resort is front of the line passes. That is the only reason I pay extra bucks to stay there.
  • everything was great
