The desk staff went out of their way to assist me during my trip. There was a problem with my reservation upon my arrival. These people deftly handled the situation and smoothed over a problem that could have been a nightmare (and definitely could have ruined by business trip!)

It was really easy to find the hotel and very convenient to the downtown area where there were plenty of eating and entertainment options. The hotel had a great atmospher, very laid back and the hotel staff were very helpful.
