Asked for non-smoking room, clearly smelled of smoke. Shower did not work, only bath. Basement room was cold and musty, A/C was not adjustable or was broken. 'Dangerous location' according to cab driver, not many cabs drive there. Woken up at 4am by staff banging on door, only to find out they had the wrong room. They needed the person across the hall to move their car because it was blocking someone else. Good things? Check-in and check out went smoothly. Bathroom was surprisingly clean and new looking compared to the rest of the room, despite shower not working. Inn located right across the street from subway station.
