  • I was a late checkin and since I used to work there years ago, I called from Atlanta airport directly to front desk to make sure they didn't purge my reso at shift change. They assured me my reso would stay intact. (flight delay) I arrived at 10:30 pm and one desk agent was present and said I had no reso. I told him about my phone and WHO I spoke with and he said he had no availibility. (not true) He did finally a room, an upgrade (but I'm priority club anyway), wanted to charge me more, but I didn't let that happen. He was a snotty night auditor. My room wasn't all that clean and smelled like smoke. (non-smoking room)
