  • I loved it. It was located 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from my meeting location.

  • Embassy Suits is consistently a godo place to stay. It has reasonable prices, clean rooms and helpful staff. I have never had a problem at an Embassy Suites that went unresolved.
  • I liked being able to have my family of 6 in one room. The breakfast was wonderful! Easy to find and get to from the freeway.
  • I liked the hotel very much. Location was good. Lobby and breakfast area were decorated very nicely. Room was very nice. I didn't like that our room was wrong and the desk was of no assistance.
  • The location was not the best- another Charlotte area would have been nicer. Though, we were very pleased with parking and loved the breakfast buffet. This was extremely convenient,as we were traveling with our children. On that note, I had requested a corner room since my daughter would be sleeping in a pack-n-play. This was denied and we felt a bit cramped. We would stay again,but hope to have more room. They were remodeling at the time, and this had little impact on our stay.
  • Location was great. Staff had lots of great ideas for places to visit! Loved it!
  • The hotel was clean and well managed. My room was comfortable with a pleasing decor.
