  • very comfortable room, very nice appearance.
  • It was OK. Nothing special. The thing that stood out most was the fact that the towels were actually soft, rather than the starchy towels most places have. The location was beside the point.
  • This hotel had very nice accommodations. However, I traveled with a large group that the hotel was not prepared to handle, and the hotel staff made several errors during our stay. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel for large events or groups, but I would recommend it for individuals wanting a clean and comfortable room.
  • If your looking for a place out of the city this is a good place to stay. The desk attendants can seem a little snobbish but overall they are quite helpful. Unfortunately everything, such as the mall, is located across the interstate and freeway.

  • As the Hilton Hotel is located just minutes from my parents home in Dallas, this is where I stay when visiting. The hotel is clean and generally has good service. It is going on thirty years old and is showing some age. It could stand some upgrades. The staff generally knows me by name <I've been staying there four or five times a year for 20 years> and are very helpful and friendly. I wish the Hilton corporation would include some services, such as internet, in the cost of the room.
