The location was great! Didn't like that our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Staff was very friendly.
Included breakfeast on the price. Time from 7AM to 9:30AM. Went down at 8:15AM with my children, food gone. Asked why and manager said next morning to go down at 7:00AM to insure we could get some food! Doormen trying to get you a taxi getting a tip from taxi driver. Bad mouthed employees, I do not suggest this place not even to my worse enemy!
It was conveniently located midtown...everything in NYC is expensive, so the cost of the room, tho high considering the hotels I stay in other cities, it was competitive for NYC.
Location is good; comfort and service were fine. My advice to other tourists: When going to New York City, go during the 'low' season, if possible.
It was fine. Nothing unexpected.
Mty wife and I were part of a wedding party. Unknown to any of us, the hotel was undergoing a major renovation with no restaurant or bar facilities. The lobby was also being renovated so check-in, concierge services, etc. were relocated to the third floor. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, but, other than room service, there were no meal facilities. A very disappointing visit.
