  • I liked the fact that they are a dog friendly hotel. The rooms were a bit small for being a luxury suite.
  • The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The only thing I did not like was that it was dark inside...lighting not good at all! I did request to have non-feather bedding and all was replaced quickly.
  • It was in a nice central location. It was very festive for Christmas and New Year's time. I liked the Apple computer in the room!

  • Lobby too dark especially coming in from a bright outside. Almost need to feel your way around.
  • I really like the bar area and the rooms are smaller however Chicago is a great city so you shouldn't spend much time in the room anyway!

I actually stayed at the City Center location for one night before moving to the Lakeshore location for two nights, but I wish I had stayed at the City Center location instead. That hotel was much more chic, and I found the staff to be more accommodating.
  • I thought that the hotel was too dark and gloomy. This made the atmosphere undesirable. The bathroom was vere small also.
