Room was old and smelly. toaster did not work. Front door lock broke twice while I was there and finally resulted in my moving to a new room. Back sliding door would not work. When I moved to new room, microwave would not work. Entire facility needs to be torn down as many associates stayed there and had similar experiences.
The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, although we did receive conflicting information about the late check out process.
The coffee mugs were NASTY, but all else was great
room was clean, beautiful view, decor was 'beachy', beds were uber-comfortable. Only negative was king bed reserved was not available as reserved.
oceanview is nonexistant from most rooms, but its an ok family hotel
This was the fourth consequtive year of attending a three-day convention at this resort, and other than the weather (which they can't control, obviously) we had a wonderful time and plan on coming back next year. The accomodations are great and they do everything possible to respond to specific room needs. Considering our convention attendees consist of several hundred greyhound dogs and their owners, the hotel staff is most gracious and helpful.
The rooms were musty smelling and the maids never vacuumed. I was charged $250 fee for smoking in room and I did not smoke in the room
